Installation
BRC Harris technicians install and service everything we sell, ensuring that the equipment you buy from us (or have previously purchased elsewhere) provide many years of trouble-free operation. Our installation services always include equipment operating instructions and training and we’re always available when you need support.
Equipment Moves
BRC Harris’ team of professional service technicians will move print finishing equipment with the care necessary to ensure you are up and running in the new location without worry. Because we routinely install and service such equipment we move you in less time and without the problems associated with general equipment movers.
Repair Services
At BRC Harris, we repair everything we sell…and most of what our competitors sell too. We guarantee to be on site within 48 hours – and usually within 24 hours! Our factory-trained technicians will ensure you are provided with fast, professional and accurate service. We guarantee all parts and labor for 30 days. Contact us for equipment repairs.
Equipment Service Agreements
BRC Harris Equipment Service Agreements are designed to keep your business moving with two preventive maintenance visits and unlimited repair visits each year. The agreements cover travel time, labor and parts up to $75 per repair visit. They vary in cost depending on the piece of equipment and its condition. Discounts are available for agreements that cover multiple pieces of equipment. BRC Harris guarantees that we will be on-site within 24 hours of a call for repair with all Equipment Service Agreements.
Preventive Maintenance
BRC Harris’ experienced, factory-trained technicians will completely manage your preventive maintenance on all models of equipment. Every six (6) months, we’ll provide professional maintenance and diagnose the condition of your equipment so you can plan for future repairs and avoid costly downtime.
